Volunteer At Our Signature Events!

We rely on hundreds of volunteers throughout the year to help us carry out our mission to EMPOWER youth, IMPROVE lives, and UNITE communities. It is with your help that we are able to provide youth development needs of the increasingly diverse Twin Cities metro area.

                          Gala For Goals

Join us for our 11th Annual Gala For Goals this February 2021, which is our signature event of the year. In 2020 we had our largest event to date with over 1,400 guests in attendance, and over 90 total volunteers!

We were able to raise over $650,000 that is going to directly support our programs.

This is a great event for groups such as: High school team sports/clubs, churches, and college fraternities/clubs.

                           Golf For Goals

Join us for the 11th Annual Golf For Goals this September! Golf For Goals is a great opportunity to learn more about The Sanneh Foundation, have fun, and raise money for our programs.

With your help as a volunteer, we will be able to increase the number of youth that we reach in 2020 and beyond!

                              Burger Battle

Come enjoy AMAZING food with our Foundation family, while engaging with the local community.

Sanneh Foundation Toys For Tots Drive

Not every family has the opportunity to purchase presents for their loved ones each year. Fortunately, through our Toys For Tots Drive we were able to make that happen. With the help of our volunteers last year we were able to support 100 youth with toys, distribute 150 individual snacks, and 90 meal kits were given to families!

We are in need of help! This is a great first time volunteer event. With your help, a family can enjoy presents and a meal during the holidays.

Volunteer At Our Ongoing Events!

Throughout the year we host many events, but we are only able to do so with the help and support from our volunteers. From FREE sport camps in the summer, to our Haitian Mission Trip, we have an event for everyone! Find yours now, and sign up to volunteer and help be the change our youth need!

  • Fall Clean Up:
    • Help keep us keep our community center clean and safe for our community to use.
  • FREE Sports Camps:
    • Support your local youth at our free camps. Basketball, football, baseball, and flag football.
  • Job Fairs:
    • Come help us prepare our youth for their futures at our community job fairs
  • Tabling Events:
    • Help raise money for our youth programs.
  • Conway Kids Field Trips:
    • Help chaperone our youth on exciting trips!
  • No School Day Activities:
    • Provide support at our Conway Center with extra support when school is not in session.
  • Host Family For Haitian Youth:
    • Host our Haitian program participants for a week.
  • Haiti Mission Trips:
    • Join us as we travel to Haiti the last week of March to embark on a life changing experience.

                                                           Sort - A - Awesome!

This is one of our most popular ongoing events for ages 12+. All of the light used/new sports gear that we gather yearly from our Kick It Back events, is sorted and boxed.

In 2019 with the help of 108 volunteers we were able to box 8,585 items! These items will be distributed to Haiti as a part of our Haitian Initiative program.

Many times it is hard to see how our efforts make an impact on the community. This event will open your eyes to how a few hours can really impact a community!

                                  Kick It Back So Other Kids Can Get In The Game!

With more than 20 Kick It Back events in the Fall all of the Twin City metro area, we need YOUR help!

Sign up to supervise our booth at a Super Soccer Saturday at Washburn, Southwest high school, Breck and a few other local schools. We have plenty of options for everyone!

Help us gather lightly used sporting equipment. Every item you collect will directly impact a youth in our community or in Haiti, through our Haitian Initiative program, which will help youth play the games they love safely.
