DREAMLINE GOALS
Dreamline partners with K-12th grade schools to provide culturally competent mentoring, and direct social emotional instruction to support three core dimensions of a student’s development: social, emotional, and cognitive. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Dreamline Mentors are the key leverage points in helping students develop a positive growth trajectory. Each Mentor works with a cohort of 15-25 students to develop a deep relationship with, partner, and support each student in setting and achieving personal goals. This is accomplished through intersections where Mentors work together with students: 1) Culturally-relevant and responsive bi-directional mentoring relationships; 2) Direct social emotional learning instruction 3) Academic support (tutoring, homework help, and in-class support) 4) Expanded Learning Opportunities; and 5) Service Opportunities. Dreamline Mentors will also participate in other Sanneh Foundation programs and/or events as needed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Student Support
Identify youth, who need additional academic and social emotional learning support, in collaboration with school administrators/counselors/committees
Assist in creating student cohort lists for the Dreamline team and ensure that identified youth meet the Dreamline Program selection criteria
Ensure the Dreamline team is using best practices in student development, academic support and applying the Developmental Relationships framework and other social emotional strategies while mentoring students
Role model and teach effective de-escalation and conflict resolution strategies
Build student social skills to navigate relationships
Support students in navigating the school system and building self advocacy skills. Create and facilitate expanded learning opportunities tailored to student interests and goals
Recruit students to participate in expanded learning opportunities
Provide opportunities for youth voice and choice
Encourage students to interact with, learn from, and lead peer groups
Engage students in a leadership project, centered in community service
Help students set and achieve academic and personal goals
Engage and include parents/caregivers as partners in student learning as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Girls First (G1) Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a dedicated girls-only
youth sports program and leagues at the Sanneh Foundation. The first priority is encompassing strong leadership to
primarily the Girls First soccer programming, with the expectation to evolve under other sports in the near future .This
role ensures that historically excluded girls have opportunities to thrive in sports, develop leadership skills, and become
empowered through athletic participation. The G1 Program Manager will work closely with coaches, volunteers,
community organizations, and business partners to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for young female
athletes and to uplift girls’ sports to the broader community. Because this role supports OST programming, the working
hours are shift-based and usually are from 12 noon-8PM or 2PM- 10PM and will include weekends. During the summer,
hours will vary due to summer day camp scheduling.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Development & Management:
○ Design, schedule, and manage a variety of youth sports programs, leagues, camps, and enrichment programs for girls.
○ Ensure programming aligns with community needs and follows best practices in youth development.
○ Lead partnership, curriculum, and resource development efforts that expand access to girls in sports.
○ Maintain updated rules, policies, and procedures for all youth development programs.
○ Directs and coordinates all activities related to specific Sanneh youth programs.
○ Participate In the Foundation’s programs, activities, or events as needed.
2. Recruitment & Supervision:
○ Serve as the on-duty manager during afterschool programming hours at the Conway Center, ensuring
smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise
○ Hire, train, and supervise coaches, referees, and volunteers.

○ Ensure all staff and volunteers comply with safety regulations and program standards.
3. Community Engagement & Outreach:
○ Develop partnerships with local schools, organizations, sponsors, and collegiate sports teams to
enhance Conway Center program offerings around girls in sports
○ Promote programs through community events and collaborate with the Sanneh marketing team for
social media and marketing campaigns.
○ Communicate effectively with families, participants, and stakeholders.
4. Facility & Equipment Management:
○ Coordinate the scheduling of, program space, fields, courts, and other sports facilities.
○ Oversee the maintenance and inventory of sports equipment and supplies.
○ Ensure all facilities meet safety and accessibility standards.
5. Budget & Administration:
○ Collect and program data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
○ Manages program expenditures in accordance with the program budget.

Position Description
Each summer, The Sanneh Foundation runs free sports camps for Twin Cities youth, teaching the fundamentals in sportsmanship and life skills through various fun activities. Each summer we run approximately 100 free sports camps in the Twin Cities Metro for youth, ages 5-14. In this position, the Summer Camp Sports Coach will learn to coach, teach, and manage youth in a sporting environment. Learn leadership and team-building skills that extend beyond the field.

Encompassed Sports: Basketball, Soccer, Pickleball
Hours Per Week: appx. 15 – 29 hours weekly.
A TYPICAL WEEK
Monday – Thursday: Summer Camp Sports Coaches will serve as youth sports coaches (soccer, basketball or pickleball) that will help to lead our junior coaching staff in running free sports camps at various Twin Cities parks, fields, and school sites (mostly outdoors). Most of our camps run 2.5 hours. Evening camps run 1.5 hours and partnership camps vary by location. There is a setup time of thirty minutes and a breakdown time of 15 minutes each camp day.
Camps run in different locations each week and can be scheduled for morning, afternoon, and/or evening sessions. It is a prerequisite that Summer Camp Sports Coaches have a sports-specific background in the sport they coach.
Friday: Our Summer Camp Sports Coaches will participate in youth leadership and professional development training. Using their Monday-Thursday ‘hands-on’ experience as leaders/role-models to younger kids (campers) as a platform for discussion, our weekly leadership training helps to build upon, cultivate, and nurture/grow each Summer Camp Sports Coach’s “leader within.” Training each Friday covers approximately 4-6 hours and will take place at either Conway Recreation Center in St. Paul or at a location that is to be determined.
*Camp locations vary each week and in some cases, TSF Camp Leadership and Summer Camp Sports Coaches may meet at a centrally convenient location for morning pick-ups.
Role and Responsibilities
Mentoring players to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game.
Planning and leading practice sessions.
Creating a safe environment designed to keep youth healthy & mitigate risks of injury.
Focus on playing fair and adhering to organization’s code of conduct.
Understanding of the rules and regulations governing the sport.
Motivating players to improve.
A TYPICAL DAY
Schedules are assigned or self-selected 1–3 days before each week; coaches work 1–2 camps/day, not exceeding 29.5 hours/week.
Arrive 30 minutes before camp starts or coordinate a ride with Camp Leadership.
Clock in using the ADP Payroll App on TSF iPads upon arrival.
Lead a group of ~25 kids and supervise Youth Coaches with support from Camp Leadership.
Follow the play-based curriculum and ensure camper safety—physically and emotionally.
Wrap up with life skills discussion, clean up, and load equipment into vans after camp.
After camp: either clock out or take a 1-hour unpaid lunch (meals may be provided).
Clock out via ADP before leaving; failure to do so defaults your time to camp end, without breakdown time included.

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have sport-specific background as a player and/or coach.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Sports Administration Intern will work alongside Lead Camp Coach and report to the Sports-Based Youth
Development & Outreach Director to take the lead in capacity-building projects, including assisting with increasing
efficiency and processes in program development, event management, and facility administration. Sports
Administration Interns will also have the opportunity to attain hands-on experience in fostering a positive camp
experience by establishing programming goals and metrics for success.
The intern will assist in the execution of daily tasks that contribute to the overall success of our programs and
initiatives. By collaborating with experienced professionals, the intern will gain valuable insights into the sports industry
and develop essential skills for a future career in sports administration. Ultimately, this role aims to foster a deeper
understanding of the business side of sports while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Position Description
Reporting to the Nutritional ServicesWarehouse Manager of The Sanneh Foundation (TSF), the Food Rescue Driver
(FRD) position is a full-time position responsible for safely and efficiently picking up donated products from
various donors such as, grocery stores, restaurants, farmers, caterers, food distributors, etc. Donated and
purchased products are delivered to partner agencies or distributed by TSF at Conway Park. The FRD is
required to positively act as an ambassador for TSF to maintain and build donor relationships, agency
partnerships, and community support. This position will work closely with the Sanneh leadership and Conway
staff to improve and ensure safe pick up, storage, and distribution of food resources.
Role and Responsibilities
Food Transportation ~ 80%
Represent The Sanneh Foundation in a professional, positive and efficient manner to increase our distribution abilities, enhance donor relationships and improve partner agency satisfaction.
Pick up a wide variety of donated products from grocery stores, restaurants, farmers, caterers, etc. on regular recurring routes safely and efficiently.
The Food Rescue Driver will from time to time be asked to pick up “call in” donations in addition to the regular route.
Acts as a support staff member at food distributions. Supports box program packing and deliveries. Miscellaneous pick ups for the department as necessary.
Adjust routes accordingly to maximize time, meet the needs of our participants and our partner agencies.
Deliver donated goods to partner agencies (churches, shelters, senior housing facilities, schools, etc.) for distribution to the community or bring back to Conway Park or affiliated food shelf for distribution.
Complete accurate reports for donations received and donations delivered on a daily basis and provide
this documentation to designated staff.
Provide excellent customer service and communication to participants, donors, and partner agencies (grocery stores, restaurants, farmers, caterers, schools, churches, senior centers, etc.) including a timely response to phone calls and emails.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Memorandums concerning facility safety, compliance, and cleanliness.
Maintain all health safety guidelines set forth by the MN Dept. of Health, as well as various contracted service partners at all times.
Fleet Management & Recordkeeping ~ 10%
Manage and coordinate all TSF transportation fleet maintenance, reporting, compliance, and safety.
Keep accurate records of maintenance of all Sanneh fleet usage.
Maintain a clean truck (cab of truck and food storage box) and any other equipment (pallet jacks, handtrucks/dollies, etc.)
Perform vehicle pre-trip inspections every morning for vehicle maintenance and safety.
Complete required logs/reports pertaining to vehicles and route/delivery information.
Perform post-trip inspections for vehicle maintenance and safety. Complete required logs/reports pertaining to vehicles.
Must follow maintenance schedules for vehicles and notify the Nutritional Services Coordinator when there any issues with vehicles.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
